Technology and Livelihood education IV for me is interesting. This first quarter, I leaned a lot about computer from this subject. I learned how to make my blog and post some drafts on it.
In this subject I also encountered a challenge, this was when we first made our blog. I am not familiar from this topic, and I don't know what to do. I am shy to ask help from my classmates, knowing that they are busy and they will just ignore me.
I remembered what my mother and grandmother told me, before, that you can learn by exploring. That was what I did, I explored and search some help from the computer. And when there were instructions that I can't understand, Idecided to approach some of my classmates who knows more about it. And successfully I made my blog.
I will explore more about Technology and Livelihood Education, for me to learn more about it.

"The Usage Of English and Filipino Language'
English or Filipino language is commonly used in the Philippines this time. It makes us communicate with others easier and faster.
Speaking English or Filipino helps pilipinos to communicate with tourists that comes here in the Philpines. Speaking proper english makes someone more descent. English is the international language. Anywhere we go, we can speak english to be able to communicate with other people who does'nt know how to speak in filipino language.
Filipino language is also important here in the Philippines. There are so many different kinds of dialects here in the Philipines that's why we need to learn to speak proper filipino language for us to communicate with our fellow Pilipinos that does'nt understand the dialects we used to talk in our place.
Proper usage of english and filipino language helps us to communicate easier with foreigners and fellow Pilipinos.

Healthy Lifestyle
To have a healthy lifrestyle, a proper balance diet is what we need. Eat nutritious foods and avoid lifestyle diseases.
In today's society many people are suffering from malnutrition due to lack of nutritious foods. Lack of nutritious foods and vitamins can cause a lifestyle disease. Vitamins are substances that our bodies need to help the many chemical reactions which takes place inside the cells of our body. Vitamins must be obtained from the foods we eat to have a healthy body. Eat foods that contains vitamin A, such as dairy products, fruits and vegetables.Vitamin A, is needed for healthy eyes and skin tissues. Vitamin B. is also used by cells in the body to release energy. Some sources of vitamin B are meat, dairy products,flours and bread. Food containing vitamin c or ascorbic acid such as oranges, lemons, calamansi and other fruits are needed for healthy bones and for strong teeth.
